Please find below a summary of the points discussed during yesterday’s meeting and a reply to the brief you sent to us for a campaign for your perfume, LOVE.

OBJECTIVE

Introduce our company, set a budget, and decide on campaign style and strategy.

TERMS OF CONTRACT

We agreed to accept the $700,000 budget. One third of this amount will be invested in a prime-time campaign and the rest in a print campaign. We are pleased to confirm we can meet the deadline of seven weeks from tomorrow. You are entitled to trial our adverts in advance. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may rescind the contract. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Hi welcome to digital photo podcast,I’m Cátia Lopes, I’m Carina Braz and I’m Cátia Escaleira.

A while ago the act of photographing was exposing for little moments  a film covered in chemical substances photosensitive to light, after exposing, the film was undergo to a process of chemical stabilization, called revelation and after that the negative had to be transferred to photographic paper. The slide, or cromo, allowed a registration of a positive image in the film, with a superior quality. The technology evolution happens because of the advances In the electronic engineer, and informatics, such as equipments, pieces, software s. They made appear a new wonderful from informatics, the digital photo. It was in the mead 90’s, that Nikon showed one of the first digital top ranking photographic cameras. That allowed taking photos with the maximum size of 1.2 megapixels. Besides the quality and performance  Of the machine were initially really good for that time, was only after 2001, and with the increase Of quality of machines,  that many photographers started using this new technology  and including it in their professional lives.

Nowadays there are many models in the market, with many qualities and prices, available to most people. And also thanks to the development of internet, that many enthusiasts Of photography started taking photos and spread them in sites and blogs, turning photographic into a hobby or job.

Advantages Digital Photo

The advantages of digital photo referring To analogical photo are a lot, many have already passed a large part of barriers to aception of digital photo.

Digital photo, instead of analogical, is saved in digital format so it allows durability of its quality, to be saved in digital format and not in pellicle, and can be made copies at low costs, in photographic print and special paper or only using professional print services, contributing  To the decreasing of  pollution due to all the chemicals used in the revelation process, because they can be bad for the environment or also the direct print From the camera.

Once the photo is taken is possible seeing a pre-visualization and revision. In the case of the result is not the best is possible to take others in the hour. Is possible to send to the computer without losing quality.

Nowadays even cameras with low resolution have more of 1 megapixel, so it’s possible getting a print of 10x15cm identical to an analogical camera of 35mm.

With a resolution of more than 2 megapixels is possible prints with the size of mini posters. We want to resize the photo is necessary a camera with more resolution.

Cards last infinitely and is possible printing photos directly without a computer. Today there are many cameras capable of recording sound and video.

The evolution of new technologies allow sharing to be made faster, through mobile phones, PDAs, and many others, through e-mail and to anywhere in the world.

Softwares of image treatment Allow manipulation in any graffic edition software, error correction, imperfections and all kind of alteration wanted by the users. It can also change the format taken by the camera and make possible to send to all devices and applications that are programmed to other formats, like using them in text processers, put them online, saving them in CDs, etc.

Digital cameras only have some disadvantages, they are more expensive than analogical specially the professional models. The low resolution cameras do not allow prints bigger than 10x15cm, to do so is necessary more resolution.

Nowadays, digital technology is into our daily lives. From digital cable, digital music and now digital. Digital cameras are becoming more popular in the last few years and is not weird. Digital photos are extremely versatile.

I like to watch several T.V. series, mostly like “CSI”, “Without A Trace”,  ”Grey’s Anatomy” and “House M.D”.
