Please find below a summary of the points discussed during yesterday’s meeting and a reply to the brief you sent to us for a campaign for your perfume, LOVE.
OBJECTIVE
Introduce our company, set a budget, and decide on campaign style and strategy.
TERMS OF CONTRACT
We agreed to accept the $700,000 budget. One third of this amount will be invested in a prime-time campaign and the rest in a print campaign. We are pleased to confirm we can meet the deadline of seven weeks from tomorrow. You are entitled to trial our adverts in advance. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may rescind the contract. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
